The last thing Peter sees is Tony's horrified, heartbroken expression leaning over him. The guilt in his eyes is almost worse than the burning pain that's taking Peter apart piece by piece. The world starts to go dark. There's a flash of gold and green. For one moment, he finds himself standing amongst the Guardians and others. And then darkness again. It feels like blinking; an extended period of nothingness that ends as abruptly as it begins. One moment there’s nothing, the next there’s light. “Easy,” a woman says. Her words are gentle, and carry a slight accent that he can’t place. "I'm called Wonder Woman. What's your name?"

or, How Tim Drake Found A Family, Became A Photojournalist, Learned To Love Coffee, and Grew Up, not necessarily in that order. Tim Drake is thirteen, runs the famous BatWatch blog that has spiraled hilariously out of control, has absentee parents that suit his purposes just fine, is training himself to run the streets at night, and is doing absolutely peachy, thank you. Alfred and Jason disagree, and get Dick and Bruce involved in figuring out their weird nextdoor neighbor kid’s life. Everything goes uphill from there.

Nightwing has to bite back a laugh. “Gotham is a no-fly zone for more than just the JL, Supes. But, from what Blud knows, chances are that whatever you’ve heard is probably true.” Superman pales, which is anything but unexpected. Pretty much all of Gotham tends to be horrifying to Outsiders, as Nightwing is well aware. The question here is which rumors Superman decided were concerning enough to actually look into, the answer to which could be literally anything from the pollution levels to the regularity of the city-wide Fear Gas attacks. Or something entirely outside of the usual spectrum of Things That Outsiders Need To Stop Freaking Out About, Nightwing discovers when Superman blurts, “But the Waynes aren’t actually possessed, right?” …Ah. Well, crap. Or, in Gotham, it’s been common knowledge since the very beginning that the Waynes are unwitting hosts to the parasitic Bats, who protect Gotham and its people from threats both internal and external in turn. There’s nothing anyone can do about it, even if they wanted to. (That’s… not actually what’s happening, but nobody needs to know that. The Batfam is too committed to the bit to pull out now.)

And the one time they realised it was a whole family.

Kal'dur said, "Who exactly is a Wayne?" Kara said, "This stupidly rich celebrity family out of Gotham. Bruce Wayne is infamous for adopting a lot of kids. But we can't all be dating a Wayne, right?" "It's not mathematically possible," Kon began. "Is it?" The silence in the room was deafening. Roy seemed to be counting his fingers. Or Roy Harper makes an off-hand comment about being invited to the Wayne Holiday Gala, and Artemis mentions that her and Wally have also been invited to the Gala. It doesn't take long for Jon, Kon, Kara, Steph and Clark to join in. They can't all possibly be dating a Wayne, right? (Tagged mature for swearing and spice but no smut)

Peter felt the pain of his body trying to knit itself together even as it was torn apart. His spidey-sense screaming at him of the danger, danger that he couldn't escape. He begged anyway, begged Mr. Stark to save him. He knew it wasn't fair on the man... he did it anyway. Holding back tears, Peter apologized to his mentor as he fades away into dust. Green, a bright fluorescent Green fills his vision, he's drowning in it. Drowning. He can't breathe, the green fills his nostrils, his mouth, his lungs. Until he isn't, he's not drowning and he breathes in desperately, coughing out the green liquid as he greedily gasps for air. There's no one to tell Peter he's okay, not the warming presence of his Aunt, the scent of cinnamon to fill his nostrils, nor the motor oil he'd become so familiar with from his mentor. He was well and truly alone in this cold, dark world. Would he find a way home? Or would he have to create a new one in the unfamiliar world? (I've set this work as Mature for the heavy mentions and depictions of self-harm and suicidal thoughts)

Not a big deal, really, until you consider he's sent with Damian Wayne, an assasin who tried to kill him less than a year ago who he is expected to befriend because they're "brothers".What follows is as much as a mystery as a romance for Tim, and Damian, Dick, and Bruce finally learn actions have consequences- and they can't make Tim fix everything.-"Two lives are too many. I can return one of you- but you must choose."The abnormally grainy footage didn't allow lip reading, but body language transmitted well. There was Tim stepping forward, and Damien- he said something, had to from the way Tim bent in pain. There was a back and forth between the two before Tim took another step to the king."Some heroes," the king said, "I see only one here. I'll return you, as promised."To Tim, he said, "a hero was sacrificed, so I must accept." "I want to know what was said between Damien and Tim," Bruce said, "and how to get Tim out. I need you to focus on finding any way to get to him without sacrificing soneone."

5 times a League member heard Batman use slang + 1 time they knew where the fuck he got it from. (*note, I tried to filter most of the AAVE out to not be disrespectful, it's been pointed out to me that I have not been successful on that front, my apologies, please be aware of that when reading!)

Kon had a good life. A great life, actually, considering where it had started (a test tube in a lab funded by a supervillain, which was admittedly not hard to beat but still). He went to high school, he lived with his dad (Superman!) and his mom (badass reporter Lois Lane!) and his annoying but adorable younger brother, he spent every other weekend at his grandparents farm in Kansas, and he was also a well respected member of the Teen Titans. Yes, anyone who took a look at his life would say it was a good one. Full of family, friends, fun, privilege, and not to mention superpowers. From an objective standpoint, his life was complete. So why could he never shake the feeling that something was missing?

Lois Lane knows her husband wants his ears pierced. This poses some challenges given that her husband is Superman. Then she realizes, her sort-of stepson (brother-in-law? Unclear) has all kinds of piercings, and who does he know well enough to let near him with a kryptonite needle? Tim Drake, that’s who.

Jason stood in the foyer of Wayne Manor and felt infinitesimal. Getting a call from home is generally welcome, though it’s unusual for it to be in the middle of the day. Apparently though, someone sent the Kent farm a whole truckload of tires with a special request that Clark himself sign for it, someone going by the name Red Hood. Takes place between Ch. 4 and Ch. 5 of Brother of the Fucking Year

Danny flees the GIW, crashing into a dumpster in Gotham. Lucky for him, another being like him finds him. Jason is confused and concerned. UPDATE!! Chapters 7&8 are obsolete! New ending on the way!!

“The battle of wits has begun,” Jason says, putting a threatening growl into his voice. “It ends when you decide and we both drink, and find out who is right, and who is dead.” “This is the stupidest thing you could have ever done,” Tim splutters, bewildered. “All I have to do is use the data I have on what kind of person you are - are you the kind of person who would poison your own shit, or would you poison mine?” -- After being called in as backup to take care of a sick Tim, Jason ends up in a battle of wits against a vengeance-driven Robin. Such a reversal of roles can only be described as, well, inconceivable!

The Justice League is newly formed, and trying to handle their first natural disaster as a group. They want to maximize efficiency to make sure there’s no casualties, but even with powers, there’s not enough hands on deck. Well, might as well call in some backup.

“His name was Tim.” Dick said. “And when he was your age, he looked just like you. You know, my buddy Tim was teaching himself ASL because sometimes he found it hard to talk. Is he the one who taught you to use it?” There was no reaction at all this time, the boy once again completely silent. Even his breaths were unnaturally quiet, as if he had been trained not to ever make a sound. “I haven’t seen Tim for a long time.” Dick said. “Years, to be honest. I saw him at Gala’s mostly, and I remember we hid beneath the punch table, gorging ourselves on sweets. Do you like candy, Bud?” Dick wasn’t sure if the kid had ever had candy in his whole life, his muscles were nearly non existent and he weighed enough to be blown away from the wind. Given how his arm was still bleeding, Dick was honestly getting a little worried that his body wouldn’t be able to tolerate it for much longer.---After being missing for seven years, Tim Drake is found to have been held captive within his own house the entire time. Dick convinces Bruce to take him in, remembering the child that he had once seen at banquets, the child who had become his friend, the friend who now needs love and support to heal and feel safe.

All it takes is a routine trip to the dentist to set off a series of events that somehow ends in Jason getting married. To Roy.

“You think Tim’s a bad liar?” Dick asked, giving Jason a quizzical look. “I don’t think he even knows lying is an option. He’s an open book.” OR Tim lies a lot. So does Jason. But they can’t lie to each other.

When you love someone, and your skin brushes against theirs, colours bloom on their hands. Damian's hands are utterly, completely, blank. And that breaks Dick's heart. (Can be read as a standalone)

Jason never answers the phone. Not when it's Bruce calling. And recently, he's been calling a lot. Not that Jason can fault him, since he has only just finally appeared in the wild after having vanished after the explosion. Jason would never admit it, but he listens to every voicemail, reads every message, and rarely even chuckles at Bruce's stupid millennial memes. Though one concerning voicemail sends Jason barrelling back to the manor like a freight train.

Tim has to figure out why their resident pup is so upset. Tim also can't escape his father's attention.

“You okay? You’ve been out of it all day,” Dick says, clearly concerned. “Oh, uh, yeah, it’s all good. Just… adjusting.” “To what? Did something happen?” Duke shrugs, scooping up another forkful of pasta to shove in his mouth. “Yeah, I… this is going to sound kind of stupid, but I think I’m in love with my husband.” Tim, taking an ill-timed drink, chokes and spits out his Zesti. Dick springs back, trying to get out of the spray zone but doesn’t move far enough, shocked still by Duke’s words. “Oh, yeah,” Duke realizes, “I didn’t tell you guys, did I?” Due to magical mishaps, Duke and Danny had to get married. Duke does not tell anyone about this until well after it's all settled. for the prompt: “How are you real?” + surprise husbands

You deserve a mate who would give you the world if you asked.” Damian ignored all of the wandering eyes who wished just for a glimpse of his attention. He didn't want them. He wanted Tim. He wanted the smart, charismatic and admired alpha to be his. The teen wasn’t blind. He knew he wasn’t the only unbonded omega in Gotham who was set on Tim. He was even sure some people in the superhero community were attracted to Red Robin as well. It grated on his nerves, because none of them were befitting. Damian was an omega of outstanding talent and breed—his parents were physically attractive, powerful and strong–willed. He’d inherited the best genes of both. He’d lived with Tim, seen him at his worst and best, learned what made him happy and what made him tick, knew the way his thoughts worked. Who would ever dare to compete with Damian?

Peter Parker ends up in a strange city after the fight on the statue of liberty: so instead of having to be swallowed by depression (he still does get swallowed by depression, this is Peter Parker we're talking about), he gets to start a new life in... Danny ends up in Gotham while on the run from his family and the GIW. He's on his own. Until a chance encounter where the Joker ends up dead and he ends up with a family. TLDR: Danny punches the Joker into traffic accidentally killing him and ends up part of the Batfamily as a result (Will be multiple chapters but ao3 won't let me say 1/? Until chapter 2)

When Dick reveals to Jason that he's not actually related to any of them, Jason tries to figure out why the older man was never adopted. Maybe he should have just left it alone.
