Yagi Toshinori watched the green haired boy walk away after saving his friend and shook his head. While the boy's actions were heroic, he was just too reckless. He walked in the opposite direction, thinking about a time he could meet the candidate Sir Nighteye put forward. Izuku Midoriya is unlucky, to say the least and life hasn't exactly been kind. Things weren't so bad in the beginning, but once he was diagnosed quirkless, well, it all went to shit. Everyone grew to hate him, even his best friend and own father. Was it really that impossible to become a hero without a quirk? It doesn't really matter because to Izuku, the term hero is flexible. He'll be his own hero because he's learnt from his own experience, people are selfish and the only one he can rely on is himself. Left alone to fend for himself in the world, Izuku goes out to change things on his own terms, despite his methods being slightly illegal. Keyword, slightly. It's only illegal if he gets caught, right?

Your nii-san’s going to protect you now, okay?” Shouto is accidentally rewound by Eri’s quirk in the middle of a villain attack, reverting him to a small child with no memories of his future. Dabi takes the opportunity to bring Shouto with him to the League of Villains headquarters to remove him from Endeavor’s clutches.

“I’m glad he’s not hurt,” a man’s voice says quietly, “You said you found him in an alley?” “Yeah,” Present Mic sighs, sounding grave, “But Shouta…it’s like I said. There was a dead dog, for sure dead. Izuku touched it and brought it back to life, just like that.” Izuku has a quirk that goes against the laws of nature. A target for both villains and heroes alike, he’s rescued as a young child by Eraserhead and Present Mic, raised in secrecy at UA. When he eventually becomes a UA student and his quirk is thrust into the limelight, Izuku must learn how to adapt, or fall.

Just when Yuuei got used to having Izuku as their only human student, Katsuki Bakugo arrived.

Midoriya Izuku used to laugh when asked that thought-provoking icebreaker question in middle school: Would you rather be stranded on an island alone or with your worst enemy? Kacchan would demolish a deserted island, make it his bitch; it would be a paradise by the end of the week, Izuku knew. Of course, he’d want Kacchan there, even if it meant Kacchan taking out his misplaced anger at being stranded in the first place out on him. He’d reap the benefits in the end, he knew. And with no one around to be an audience, to interfere, their friendship might even rekindle. Oh, if only Kacchan was really his “worst enemy.” That was silly middle school thinking, Izuku now knew, as a third year student at UA. What’s worse than being abducted by aliens? For Izuku, it was being abducted by aliens with his long time nemesis, Shigaraki Tomura. When Izuku is lucky contestant number one to be chosen to be experimented on, he makes it his mission to make sure that Shigaraki does not meet the same fate. It’s not super surprising when Shigaraki isn’t grateful, but hey, it’s a plan, and Izuku’s sticking to it, determined to be heroic whether Shigaraki wants him to or not, whether Shigaraki trusts him to be or not.

When his mother dies, Aizawa Shouta takes his brother Izuku to live with him. However, between dealing with the grief and Izuku starting at UA, they don't have much time to spend with their secret family... ...who decide to invade on the third day of school. Or: Inko dies, Aizawa and Izuku are brothers (and related to half of the League), Class 1-A finds out about the first half and Tenko is VERY protective of his younger brother.

He had his reservations at first. But the more he watched the boy, the more he realised how much the boy was just like Yoichi. And just like how Yoichi was the one who started it all, he felt that the boy has what it takes to end it conclusively, once and for all. But not with how the blond oaf is doing things. He will need to take over. Just like how his quirk shifted the speed of objects however fast or slow he liked, Kudou is going to shift the gears of fate, so that the battle between good and evil is finally brought to an end. Though, he never could’ve foreseen developing paternal feelings for the boy in the process.

During the Dawn of Quirks, soulmates became an actuality. It’s common to have one or even two, but not six.

Waking up a few thousand years after your death to find a hero school built on your grave isn't the most fun experience. That, Izuku Midoriya can definitely say with confidence. He knew he died. He had to have, after all, his head was still severed from his neck. But the fact that scared him the most now was how he was back. And it took all of his strength not to constantly be seeing himself as a monster.
