A target for both villains and heroes alike, he’s rescued as a young child by Eraserhead and Present Mic, raised in secrecy at UA. When he eventually becomes a UA student and his quirk is thrust into the limelight, Izuku must learn how to adapt, or fall.

He had his reservations at first. But the more he watched the boy, the more he realised how much the boy was just like Yoichi. And just like how Yoichi was the one who started it all, he felt that the boy has what it takes to end it conclusively, once and for all. But not with how the blond oaf is doing things. He will need to take over. Just like how his quirk shifted the speed of objects however fast or slow he liked, Kudou is going to shift the gears of fate, so that the battle between good and evil is finally brought to an end. Though, he never could’ve foreseen developing paternal feelings for the boy in the process.
