It's a late and Lucifer can't sleep. He heads downstairs for a nightcap and finds more than he expects. AKA Alastor likes to cook in the middle of the night and these two can't go two minutes without throwing hands.

A week has passed since the angels were forced to retreat and the Extermination was cancelled; the Hazbin Hotel has been rebuilt, peace reigns again, and although the demons still seem reluctant to embark on the path of redemption Charlie is optimistic about the future. That is, at least until an unexpected guest shows up at her door asking for help, revealing the first of a long series of secrets that Heaven and Hell have kept for centuries. With the discovery that redemption is possible, the return of an enemy who was thought to be defeated, the emergence of new threats, Hell which increasingly descends into chaos where the most evil are the masters, and more and more hidden truths that come to light, what will happen to the Hazbin Hotel? Will Charlie and her friends be able to at least save themselves, or will they be consumed by the anarchy into which the entire cosmos is slowly sinking? Vox is an omega, that's his biggest secret. During his life time he hid this fact using suppressants, and counited to in death. One day he runs out of pills and his supplier is out of stock for the time being so Vox is forced to submit to the torture of going through heat for the first time in decades. Following the events of Season 1, Episode 6, Charlie is distraught to find out that Vaggie lied about who she is to her. In the process, Charlie loses faith in her dream to rehabilitate sinners with only a month before Adam's attack on the hotel. Now it's up to the people of the Hazbin Hotel to try and protect Charlie's dream.

Alastor's retreat to lick his wounds nearly costs him his life. Thankfully, Charlie is worried enough to go looking for him.

Many sinners will tell you just how frightening the King of Hell truly is. From the way he holds himself up in battle to the way he loves his daughter and wife. That's what the public said, anyway. He had to make Charlie happy. He had to, there was no other way about it. She was in fact his everything. He couldn't risk losing her again. Even if risking revealing the worst parts of himself to an unexpected, annoying, self-centered, certain Overlord.

Alternate title: The five poisons Lucifer is immune to and the one that he isn't AKA: Alastor tries to depose his competition and Lucifer is a good sport and maybe the real poison is the friends we made along the way.

In which Alastor realizes he committed a bit too hard to the whole found-family gag, gets fucked up by the First Douchebag, and tries to pretend everything is fine. Shockingly, Charlie is not oblivious. Even more shockingly, the person she goes to for help is Vox. This turns out to be a case of using the wrong equation but still getting the correct answer.

Alastor can't stand men like Valentino, so he decides to make a deal.

You killed one man, and it ended up with you in Hell. Not only that, but your demon form is that of a vampire bat. I suppose another one BITES the dust, eh?

Alastor was tired. He’d been pushing himself a lot recently. He’s been running himself thin for a long time trying to keep up with the king of Hell. Lucifer was continuously trying to outdo him at every turn and it had Alastor working double time to try to stay one step ahead of him. When your opponent just so happens to be the most powerful being in hell, however, you find out quickly that you aren’t going to be able to stay one step ahead of him forever.

The kid took a deep breath before meeting Alastor’s eyes with a steely gaze. “Listen, the book said you can do the impossible in exchange for a soul.”“That I can!”“Good. I want to make a deal. Alastor's return to the Hazbin Hotel is met with extremely varied levels of excitement. Some residents are thrilled to see him; some are decidedly not. He aims to reenter the scene seamlessly, but a one-off Loan Shark with a vendetta and a blade is more than happy to throw a wrench into the Radio Demon's plans. With a potentially lethal wound, Alastor has no choice. It's time to get help from the same group of misfits he keeps almost dying for.

A little twist on the last episode, delving into the unused opportunity for Alastor angst. Plus what I'd imagine would happen afterwards. aka Alastor is injured after the battle with Adam, and turns out wounds from angelic weapons take much longer to heal than expected. Not to mention how difficult it is for him to process just how badly this deal he made has weakened him. (I suck as summaries...)

Alastor hasn't sung in years. He had stopped doing exclusive songs on his podcast since before he went missing.
