“We need to talk,” Eddie said quietly, while they waited for the elevator in the hotel lobby. Buck huffed next to him. “No shit, Eddie.”“Not, uh, not just about that,” he said, and then Buck was looking at him curiously and Eddie almost got cold feet. If he didn't tell him, they weren't married, right?He pulled out his wallet, carefully turned it over, and let the rings drop into his hand. “About this.”Buck, to give him credit, took it better than Eddie had. “No..” he whispered, looking horrified. “Noo! We didn't..” Or: Buck and Eddie wake up with a bad hangover, a marriage certificate and more questions than answers. Eddie realizes he has to reevaluate some things, but life gets in the way.

A few days into the Nibelheim mission, Cloud goes into heat.

Katsuki is the first one to get his soul mark from their class, which should bring a smug grin to his face, but all it does is gnaw at his insides even more. He already knows his classmates are gonna go around telling everyone whose name they have on them as soon as they get ‘em, and while he would have been willing to tell someone like Eijirou or even Izuku if he pressed enough and his soulmate’s name wasn’t someone they already knew, he’s not so sure about it now. Not when 'Shouto Todoroki' practically bores holes into his face the more he stares at the name. -or, soulmates Katsuki and Shouto falling in love without knowing they're each other's soulmate

Ten long years have passed since the events of the war, and Draco has a completely new life, one spent mostly in the muggle world. He has a successful career as a paramedic, a rescue cat, and his mother is safe in France. What else could he possibly want? Sure, he is a little lonely, but that was the price he was willing to pay given his history. That is, until an extra shift completely flips his world upside down, leaving him wondering if the world has truly gone mad.
