Where to Stop the Story
When Peter finally catches the elusive Neal Caffrey, he's shocked to find out the man is classified as a little. He can't send him to prison. He instead makes a deal for Neal to work with the FBI as a CI and for Neal to stay with him and El so he could watch over him.
