"Apparently" is pretty dubious because Obito was not exactly born but more like spat out of death's stomach with absolutely no idea of what to do next. On the upside (more like downside) there's a Kakashi-look alike with a god complex and Obito really wants to fist fight god. or: There's a new curse that Gojo Satoru has the perfect conspiracy theory for. (To be fair, no one takes interdimensional ninja into account.)

His brother may be gone, but he won't stand to have Hashirama's dream trampled so. And if he has to cause a civil war or burn the village down to the ground? Well that depends on how much resistance he meets. After Sasuke finally snapped for the second time and destroyed the village(again), Naruto and Jiraiya have had about enough of the colossal mess the world has turned into. With a seal and a bit of guesswork the two of them pull their resources together and say adios to their timeline and jump backwards.
