After slipping into a coma from a particularly savage villain attack following an equally savage beatdown from one Katsuki Bakugo it's a full year before Izuku awakens from his coma.Who could imagine that in that year-long coma Midoriya spent a full eighteen years in another world?What happens when Izuku comes back with his training and knowledge?
