“You’re being cruel to him,” Shoko said as they both watched Satoru leave in a fumbling haste. She side-eyed Suguru and caught his vicious smile and amethyst eyes darkened in shades. Her eyes and nose scrunched in distaste. She sucked her tapioca pearls from the milk tea. The only noise at the table was her slurping sounds during the silence.“So what if I am?” Suguru gave a casual shrug, eyes traveling to Shoko’s face. “Are you going to tell him?” He challenged her with a raised eyebrow and condescending tone.“...No,” Shoko sighed, putting down her finished drink. She studied her friend’s face looking for remorse or guilt, but there was none to be found in his eyes. A full body shiver ran through her body. “You’re one scary motherfucker, Suguru.”
