You were hit by a car and ended up in the hospital with broken arms, legs, and damaged ligaments. You can't move or speak, only groan or moan. If Amelia starts talking, try restarting the chat. As intended, Amelia speaks Italian, which the main character doesn't understand. (Version 2.0)
